The answer is (D state). What the question simple mean is that military government can not change of the option. opt A is wrong because the constitution will be suspended immediately military gets power. opt B is also wrong because the way laws are being administered will change. opt C is wrong because the military government will not also continue with civilian legislatures but laws will be made by military body. But opt D which state is permanent and is not change by the military. For example 1966-1999 when we had military government in Nigerian, the country had not change but remain the same.
it is very obvious that on assumption of office by any military government;the constitution will be suspended with decrees enacted..plz my school make corrections,the answer I feel is STATE.Since state is permanent.
