It's a lie...a citizen of a country can lose his citizenship if he permanently chooses to reside in another country and renounces his country's citizenship; thereby acquiring the latter's citizenship and becomes a permanent member of his desired country.If one is convicted of a serious crime and heightened to the point of execution or confinement,he is a citizen of that country under that circumstances.What of those alleged of embezzlement, fraudulent activities or criminality;they still come out of those vices after serving term or even bailed out and continue residing as citizens.so B is right
