the right answer should be written because it is easy to amend....that is why you see referendum there which means signify yes or no....can rigid constitution be amended by simple yes or no?

The answer is written, all hands are needed. Dat cannot be possible in Rigid. The procedure for amendment in Rigid is complex. Check ur textbook pls
