In presidential system of governmen executive and ceremonial powers are fused,ie,the head of state and government is ruled by one single individual,(the two powe is fused) whereas in de parliamentary system, executive and de ceremonial power is ruled by two individual, the head of government is de prime minister and de head state is de monarch or de queen as the case may be,here de two powers is separated bt in de presidential system of government de two powers, dats de head of state nd government (or de executive and de ceremonial power)is rule by one person, hence de power is fused. So D is de correct answer.

The answer is correct my School 🥰,
This is because the President combines both roles:
Ceremonial (Head of State)
Executive (Head of Government)
So, the powers are fused in one office (the President).
