The answer is Proletariat!!!!!!! Do your research. It is the working class that owns the means of production and factors of distribution in a socialist class.

first of all in a socialist economy the control of means of production resides with the government.
second there's nothing like proletariat and bourgeois in a socialist economy.
even if to question mentioned capitalism the answer would be bourgeois and not proletariat.
in this context we are focusing on socialism so the answer should be government and since that option is not provided the closet option is nobles.

i think its the nobles why, the state controls the means of production and exchange not the protectorate or the bourgeoisie the noble symbolically meaning those in power controlled the means of productioln and exchange thank you
