There is nothing like udoji revenue allocation commission....guess it is the Phillipson commission of 1946.
This answer is totally wrong cos the Udoji commission was not set up for Revenue Allocation rather it was set up by the military government to examine the Public service, So the correct answer is D Phillipson Commission(1946) which was set up for Ad hoc revenue allocation.
