Perverted, according to Oxford learners dictionary, is defined as changing a system, e.t.c in a bad way such that it is not what it used to be.Therefore republicanism cannot be perverted as it is a representative government.Feudalism has to do with land ownership so it is not perverted democracy.Constitutional monarchies are democratic. Therefore Oligarchy is the right answer because though more than one person are the ruling elite,like modern democracy,they DO NOT represent the majority.
