Prorogation is the act of bringing a session to an end and it is done by the monarch on the recommendation of privy council because it must be done according to Constitution.
Dissolution in other way is the bringing of a parliament tenure to an end or the desolve of a cabinet by the prime minister. This usually follow by election.

In my opinion Prorogation and Dissolution should not be options for the same question, they are very similar.

There is a contradiction here, I saw this question in Government 2011 question and answers and the option that was correct there was OPTION B and I saw it here now the correct one here is OPTION d so which one should be taken as the right one
