The answer is B.Statutory allocation has been the mainstay of local govt funding in Nigeria.How many local govt can function mainly on Igr.Igr is actually the source of income generation least exploited by local govts.I refer you to New Approach Govt by Oyediran,etal.

Yes!! Because in the local government area tax and shop permit are being collected from the people of that community, and also cars or buses papers etc are been issue to people. so through these medium a lot of money is being generated to finance the local government!

federal govt allocates revenue nt on a daily..bt d state govt cant wait for their share of revenue to run the state so dier daily source comes from tax,rentz n blah blah..
