how can the principle of checks and balance empower the judiciary to o invalidate the actions of the other arms of government when they have not over used their powers or done something wrong?
it is either the question is wrong or the answer, because each arm has their own distinct duty and unless a particular arm has gone ultra vires before the judiciary can invalidate and even at that not in all matters .
