According to my 'small brain', the answer should be E (President). I wonder why people mistaken president for prime minister. In the Westminster (also called parliamemtary) system of govt, the prime minister is the head of government while the president is the ceremonial head of state. I will urge myschool to review the question and give a detailed explanation for the answer.
