The right to life, liberty and property is correct.







Base on the propositions in Section 33 (10) Every person has right to life, and no one shall be deprived intentionally of his life, save in execution of which he has been found guilty in Nigeria.





Section 35 (1) Every person shall be entitiled to his personal liberty and no person shall be deprived of such save in the following cases and accordance with a procedure permitted by law.......





As a result of these rights preceding one another in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, one could infer they are the basics and are prioritized.
