The study of Government (Civic Education/Political Science) provides:
Knowledge of political systems
Understanding of rights and responsibilities
Civic awareness
Foundation for careers in public service, law, administration, diplomacy, etc.
However, it does not directly train someone to become a judge.
Becoming a judge requires:
Studying Law
Attending Law School
Legal practice experience
Judicial appointment
So while Government can provide background knowledge, it is not professional judicial training.
