Abubakar tafawa balewa was prime minister from 1960-1966 when the Republican constitution of 1966 although the 1963 Republican constitution made namdi azikiwe the president then in 1966, tafawa balewa was killed by military during their coup.

so the correct answer is E 1960

To me the answer is C because is talking about prime minister, before Nigeria gained independence we were practicing constitutional parliamentary system of government
