The youth alone can not prevent drug abuse, as drug abuse is actually very common amongst all ages. Its needs to be a combined effort amongst the community to stop drug abuse. We have to engage in telling people the dangers eminent in taking hard drugs. This can be done by organizing programmes, seminars, symposiums etc on the dangers on drug abuse. The programs should be designed for various ages and can be used in individual or group settings, such as the school and home.
