(i) Pineapple. (li) Water/ice block. (ill) Sugar/syrup. (iv) Spice/flavouring/ginger.

(b) Procedures for Preparing Pineapple Drink:

(i) Prepare the syrup.

(ii) Wash the pineapple with clean water and peel.

(iii) Cut into pieces, blend/grate and strain.

(iv) Add syrup, flavouring, refrigerate and serve.
