UI: My user name which is my Jamb Reg No. is JMB55901998CC and my password...

UI: My user name which is my Jamb Reg No. is JMB55901998CC and my password is my surname but am unable to login in to UI website. The UI website site suggests "For those unable to log-in, please make a direct complaint to JAMB via the JAMB website." So can I can complain to Jamb? and what site?
