using detachment principle you detach the words from I and fill the gap with the options to see which makes sense when read out just like. |I______am_____ hungry.

you can't say I is hungry likewise were nor are hungry

(B)is the answer, bcus the last word determines the verb of the sentence;ok see this for those of u hu choose (c) how can you say my father, friends, siblings and i am hungry;what of the conjunction and since the subject is singular the verb will b singular, therefore the answer is my father, friends, sibling and i is hungry.
