RSUST: Thank you for all your useful information concerning RSUST please i want to ask you this question. I have written JAMB and i made it and i am intending to buy POST UTME form but my O''level is not yet complete. It is NECO which i am currently writing and it will be out by NOVEMBER. Please will it be late? Do they accept awaiting result? Will they allow me write POST UTME without my o''level? Is there anything that can be done? Thank you?
