UI: please i nid a reply before it z too late.i got 240 in jamb n i applied for MBBS in UI. My gce result goes this

i wrote d gce while i wuz in ss2 n am xtl xpecting my SSCE result.
Are my grades okay for MBBS in UI or shud i change my course.Please i nid ur advice bfore it bcomz too late for me to change my course?
