I scored 180 but I applied for nursing so is not up to my cut...

I scored 180 but I applied for nursing so is not up to my cut -off mark so I want to do change of course to either medi-lab or bio-chemistry so which of them will go for this score. and also I was told that with your performance in your 100 level CGPA you can still go for the nursing you apply for?
