Don't worry, here is how to fix it quicky
​1. Check Your Email & SMS
​If you paid via Online Card/Paystack, the code was sent instantly. Check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from Myschool.
​2. Manual Activation (Most Likely Solution)
​Even if you've paid, the app doesn't always "know" until you tell it.
​Open the Myschool App.
​Click on "Activate" or "Enter Activation Code" on the dashboard.
​If you have the code, type it in manually.
​If you don't have the code yet but paid via bank transfer, you must send your proof of payment to them first.
​3. Verification for Bank Transfers
​If you paid by Bank Transfer or Deposit, it is not automatic. You must send your Order Code and Proof of Payment (screenshot or receipt) to:
