After wasting 2 hours of my time only for me to realize the submit button...

After wasting 2 hours of my time only for me to realize the submit button is not clicking and this is the second time this is happening but if I want to submit empty answers it’ll gladly submit it and give me the 0% now let me submit my hard work it’s not submitting Thats really unfair?
