1. Isothermal Process 
An isothermal process is a process in which the temperature of the system remains constant while other variables such as pressure or volume may change.
“Iso” means same
“Thermal” means temperature
So isothermal = constant temperature.
Example: When a gas slowly expands in a container placed in a water bath, the temperature remains the same, but the volume increases and pressure decreases.
This behavior is explained by Boyle's Law, which states that for a fixed mass of gas at constant temperature:

V = Volume
So if volume increases, pressure decreases.
2. Isobaric Process 
An isobaric process is a process in which the pressure of the system remains constant, but the temperature and volume can change.
“Iso” means same
“Baric” refers to pressure
So isobaric = constant pressure.

In an isothermal process, the temperature of the system is held constant, often by keeping it in contact with a thermal reservoir, allowing heat to flow in or out slowly to maintain thermal equilibrium while in an isobaric process occurs at constant pressure, commonly when a reaction takes place in an open container subjected to atmospheric pressure
