Yes — it is possible to change your email address linked to your JAMB profile, but you cannot just change it yourself online on the portal after biometrics like you would before registration.
Key Points
Direct online change is not allowed
You can not simply log in and update your email online once it’s already saved in JAMB’s system after registration.
You can update/change your email in other ways:
Here are the usual options:
Visit a JAMB office or Accredited CBT Centre
Go with your JAMB slip and a valid ID.
Request the Email Linking/Correction Form.
Provide your new email and pay the required fee.
They will update it for you.
Send an SMS from your registered phone number
If you still have the phone number you used for JAMB, you can send a message requesting the update to the number 55019.
After sending the correct format, JAMB will send confirmation and next steps to your new email.
Raise a ticket with JAMB Support
If you made a genuine mistake (typo, wrong email), you can raise a support ticket with JAMB Online Support and ask them to fix your profile.
