Yes — for Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Applied/Fine Arts, Government, English, Economics, and CRS can count as acceptable O’Level subjects, BUT only if you have five (5) credit passes including the required subjects.
OOU Fine/Applied Arts O’Level Requirements
You need five credit passes in WAEC/NECO/SSCE including:
English Language (must-have)
Fine Art (important)
And any three other subjects from social science, arts, or science **including Government, Economics, CRS, Literature, Mathematics, etc.**
So in your case:
English — acceptable
Government — acceptable
Economics — acceptable
CRS — acceptable
but you also need Fine Art and one more credit to make five.
Important Note
OOU usually includes English, Fine Art, and three other subjects from arts/social sciences — so Government, Economics, CRS would be fine as additional subjects, but they don’t replace the required Fine Art.
If you don’t have Fine Art, you risk not meeting the program’s core requirement.
