I have 4 legal names ; surname first name and two middle name " Adesoye...

I have 4 legal names ; surname first name and two middle name " Adesoye Fadekemi Ziyan Adebiye". it is like this on my jamb portal because of NIN
my 2022 WAEC documents have 3 names, in the right order just without the last one "Adebiye"
is this a screening problem for Unilag and if it is, what can i do to fix it?
