I went to do changing of course to nursing not knowing they have removed it from the portal, so I applied for microbiology when doing registration, so I'll need to go and do changing of institution again to microbiology?

We I still be able to open my school portal last semester i did everything I suppose to do but I got access to it and I was unable to write exam so I went to school admin and they said they will resolved it this semester but I was unable to make it till March24 this semester cause I had an accident I came to school last month have being trying to open but they only said it late please can I still do anything about it?
