yes you can use two sittings of NECO result to get admission into Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri. you cannot combine NABTEB with yoir WAEC result though but the institution allows for two sittings of NECO and WAEC, NECO and NECO, WAEC and WAEC. Best of luck
