I registered with UI and filled the form for the post utme exam but I...

I registered with UI and filled the form for the post utme exam but I later changed my institution on Friday to fuoye. It was on Friday that I was told that UI already blocked their portal.now I wanted to change back to ui because of some reasons on Monday yesterday but they told me that UI had already blocked their portal. I logged into UI portals and my biodata was still there . Doesn't mean that I can still write the exam and gain admission?
