Yes they are now accredited to offer medicine and surgery as a course .
The National Universities Commission (NUC) has given the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Kogi State the full approval to run medicine and surgery, law and four other programmes.

Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTCH) Osara has recently obtained approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to introduce six new courses: Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT), B. Radiography, B. Agric. Agriculture, B. Eng. Agricultural Engineering, and LL.B. Law.

This approval marks a significant milestone for CUSTCH, enabling the university to offer these programs starting from the 2024/2025 academic session.
