I did change of course before proceeding to buy ui post utme form but In...

I did change of course before proceeding to buy ui post utme form but In getting the form , ui showed my previous course instead. I checked my jamb caps the change has reflected before I went to buy the form. I’m just worried, how can I contact ui for this issue?
