i just did my change of institution to fuoye today,21st of August and the portal...

i just did my change of institution to fuoye today,21st of August and the portal is closing by Saturday 24th of August,the only thing remaining for me to do is screening which I can't do because my profile hasn't reflected on fuoye's portal,so my question is if by chance I don't meet up with the deadline can i still do my screening when the portal is open for students awaiting neco result even if im using waec result?
