I tried applying for the post utme i wanted to log into the portal and...

I tried applying for the post utme
i wanted to log into the portal
and it keeps showing Invalid Password or registration number
and i didn't do change of institution of any sort
I have sent multiple emails to the School to rectify the issue and there is no response
Please what can i do?
