Pls I did a change of course from Nursing to Physiology before the Post UTME...

Pls I did a change of course from Nursing to Physiology before the Post UTME Registration. It is reflecting on my JAMB caps but not on my POST UTME Registration slip after I registered today
Please what could be the issue and what can I do ?
