My friends Aggregate is 66.125 she didn't get up to last year's cut off mark...

My friends Aggregate is 66.125 she didn't get up to last year's cut off mark in medicine and surgery 78.375 which we are using as a benchmark should she change it to another course before the new cut off mark comes out so she won't be given a bad course or what ???Advice is needed here pls?
