Hi. During registration, I couldn't upload my passport. Now both my application slip and screening...

Hi. During registration, I couldn't upload my passport. Now both my application slip and screening slip is void of my passport. I also heard that no passport means disqualification or forfeiture of admission. Should I still go to the exam or do a change of institution to another school now that I have a chance?? Please help?
