In an experiment to determine the resistivity of a specimen wire the following measurement were obtained:
Resistance R = (2.14 ± 0.01) ohm
Length L = (68.3 ± 0.1) cm
Diameter @ = (0.52 ± 0.01) mm
The resistivity p is given by = R¼πd²/L
Calculate: I) the value of p
ii) find the relative uncertainty in p
iii) what is the absolute uncertainty in p
iv) write the final result with its error in the proper form?
