Please I really need help on these: I scored 180 in jamb, while my school (UI)cutt off mark was 200, is there a way I can switch to unical to study petroleum engineering ? please guys help me out .?

With that jamb score
you cannot study Petroleum Engineering
youre advised to change to another institution and another less competitive course
