I went to a cyber cafe to do my post utme registration, they made a...

I went to a cyber cafe to do my post utme registration, they made a payment but I don't think it was successful because for the past two days my portal is still telling me to make a payment. What do I do. Should I go to a better Business Center to do the registration again. How would I know the payment was successful?
