I had issues with my phone and had to redownload the app again cos I lost the previous one...and now I can't access the questions even after inputting my previous activation code,my username and password that I used...does this mean that I have to buy another activation code?

Its only activated to one device ane one account
try to use forget password to recover your account back
as for the activation code,input it again
if it doesn't work then you will have to buy another
