I graduated from school on September 2019 but couldn't go for my service due to some financial issues. Now that I'm ready to serve,they're telling me I can't serve,that I'll be issued an exemption certificate because I did a part time program. Can't something be done? I'm just 27yrs old and I really want to serve my country. I graduated from Heritage polytechnic. I'll be thankful if I can get a reply soon please π?

Since it was a part time programme you did
there is probability of you not serving
it must be a full time...probably ND/HND
if not ,goan collect the exemption certificate youre asked
