I did a change of course recently and it has reflected on my jamb caps...

I did a change of course recently and it has reflected on my jamb caps but when I was doing my online screening, it still showed my proposed course of study as the former course, should I wait for it to reflect on unilag admission portal or I should go on with the screening?
