I want to change my institution to this,does that mean i would pay for both...

I want to change my institution to this,does that mean i would pay for both change of institution and change of course? Because the new school i want doesn't offer the course i chosed during registration of jamb,am i now going to pay for both,or change of institution automatically changes (COVER UP)both?
