Walk into any nearest JAMB Office or JAMB Accredited Centre Near you
Request For JAMB Change of Institution Form
Make Payment of N3,500
Choose your Preferrable first choice, second, third, and fourth choice of Institution.
Fill out the form And Submit
Thumbprint
After completing the form and thumbprinting, the JAMB officer attending to you will process the change of Institution via the JAMB CAPS portal.
Finally, get your JAMB change of Institution print out.
Work into any jamb cbt centre nearby,log into your jamb efacility portal,select change of institution option,pay a sum of 2500 to the portal.the cafe charges depends on the cbt owners.then after payment it will open the page for you.you then proceed to select your preferred institutions.
