Is there any hope for the conduct of polac 2021/22 admission session or will they...

Is there any hope for the conduct of polac 2021/22 admission session or will they merge both the two session 2021 and 2022.

The issue of age limit is 17-22. Is month(s) counted ahead or only the year is consider. For instance a person born on 3/3/2001 can also apply for this year POLAC admission 2022/23. Will the age OK.
