pls can someone help me with this

I just checked my portal yesterday and noticed that I was given admission but that's not the course I wish to offer so nah the school gimme another course demself so wen I told the woman wey dey help me do am to help me change the course the woman talk say it might be tommorow before it reflects and the time is counting down
it is now 12 hours I think so abeg hope once it counts down totally then they won't gimme the admission anymore?
pls is it true once the number count down then I won't be able to have admission anymore??
