please I received a mail and sms that I have been admitted in laspothec. it's...

please I received a mail and sms that I have been admitted in laspothec. it's says I should log in to jamb cap to accept the offer bfr proceeding for acceptance fees. but I can't access my cap.
when I checked admission status, "it's say congratulations, you have been admitted, access ur cap to either accept or reject" but when I clicked on access my caps, "it's says am not eligible for this service" please what do I need to do?
