I haven't been able to login and register for screening since I did change of institution on the 9th of this month. After sending an email to the school they said jamb hasn't sent them any new names and as such they haven't updated their system. Any hope for me?

Yes
You have to visit the place you did the change of Institution to know if it was done the rightful way.
