I registered for my post utme and was unable to upload my passport, the system...

I registered for my post utme and was unable to upload my passport, the system keep saying passport upload closed. Also, I'm unable to see my screening date. it says check back later!


what do I have to do to get my screening date and time, also what do I do to be able to upload my passport?
